Pete grew up in Northwest Montana in a family owned Log Home business, attended the University of Montana and received a B.S. in Business Administration. After working in the family business for many years Pete took a leap of faith and moved to the warmer climate of Scottsdale, Arizona. This move turned out to be a perfect fit and has created a synergistic relationship between Scottsdale and Flagstaff, Arizona and Montana. Facilitating buyers and sellers between Phoenix and Flagstaff and vice versa has become just one of the many specialties Pete has created between his brokerages.
Pete also opened a branch of his Father’s company Baldwin Log Homes – Arizona Territory in Flagstaff, Arizona several years ago and has become the area leader in fully custom handcrafted log homes in Northern Arizona.
