As an Executive Managing Director at JLL, Pete Cecora specializes in representing tenants, buyers, sellers and landlords in the disposition, acquisition, development, and leasing of industrial real estate in Central Florida. He has experience advising clients on site selection, consulting on current real estate assets and assisting industrial real estate users and investors with development and investment strategies. Since his arrival at JLL in 2018, Pete's career trajectory has been exceptional, swiftly progressing from an Associate to Senior Managing Director in just 6 years. This accomplishment places him among the fastest individuals to achieve this level of seniority at JLL. In 2024, Pete was selected to join JLL’s prestigious Leadership Counsel Advisory Board (LCAB). Pete Cecora leverages his years of corporate real estate experience having worked at Citigroup within its Global Real Estate Strategy & Analytics Team. Pete was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of the firm’s real estate strategy which consisted of a portfolio in excess of 60M square feet. Pete has experience transacting across multiple asset classes both domestically and internationally. Pete graduated from the University of Tampa’s Sykes College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. He received the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, which is only granted to the most established brokers in the world.
