Peter joins Hunneman as an Executive Vice President & Principal on the downtown brokerage team. With over thirty years of commercial real estate experience, Peter has represented numerous corporate clients in Massachusetts and throughout the country on the leasing and sales side of the office market with a focus in tenant representation.
Prior to joining Hunneman, Peter was an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and an Executive Vice President/Principal with the Trammell Crow Company. Additionally, Peter was a founding partner of FHO Partners, which was then acquired by Cassidy Turley and eventually the successful acquisition led by private equity shop TPG and industry peer DTZ. Throughout Peter’s seasoned career in commercial real estate, he has experience with national and international representation of companies and organizations such as: AARP, Wachovia, KeyBank, Outstart, Choate Hall & Stewart and Applied Insurance Research. Peter’s recent notable deals include the GBREB renewal at 1 Center Plaza, Anchor Capital’s relocation to 2 International Place, and Winn Companies’ relocation to One Washington.
Additionally, Peter earned a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate Continuing Education. He is also a past president of the Commercial Brokers Association and an active member of the alumnae associations for University Massachusetts Amherst and Proctor Academy, and heavily involved with in community leadership in Duxbury where he lives with his family.
