Mr. Gerula joined 1st Advantage Realty Inc. in April of 2007, after working in various real estate disciplines since 1985.
Prior to 1st Advantage, Pete worked with Balanced Care Corporation as VP of Operations, VP of Sales and Marketing and Director of Development. As Developer he negotiated land purchases, obtained municiple approvals, secured financing and constructed numerious Assisited Living Communities on the East Coast.
Mr. Gerula worked with Great Atlantic Property Management (Hampton VA.) as Vice President. He was responsible for 30+ Multi-Family Communities, strip centers, retail malls, dry storage boat marinas, hotels and other real estate businesses. In addition, he has a vast knowlede and expertise pertaining to renovating of large commercial projects and construction of the same.
