Peter Mainguy is Senior Managing Director of the Houston market for CBRE, the leading provider of commercial real estate services globally. Mr. Mainguy oversees all aspects of the firm’s Greater Houston operations, which encompasses more than 1,100 professionals.
Mr. Mainguy drives the overall strategy across all lines of business, including Advisory & Transaction Services, Asset Services, Valuation & Advisory Services and Project Management. With a dedication for collaboration in service delivery, Mr. Mainguy actively promotes the integration of multiple disciplines to ensure well-conceived, strategic solutions for complex client assignments.
Mr. Mainguy has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as CBRE’s Managing Director for Occupier Services in Houston. He previously served as the head of global real estate for Sysco Corporation, where he was responsible for the company’s 46-million-square-foot portfolio in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to Sysco, he was a successful industrial and land broker at CBRE.
