After graduating from the University of Arizona in 1981 with a degree in Real Estate and Finance, Pete began his sales career with CB Richard Ellis (Coldwell Banker) in the Phoenix office. Pete was one of the original ten salespeople who opened the Phoenix East Valley office in 1983. During the next nine years, he was consistently one of the top producers in that office specializing in industrial sales and leasing. Upon moving back to the Phoenix office, Pete continued his production as one of the top producers in the Industrial Specialty. He is a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. one of the highest distinctions awarded to a CB sales professional.
Achievements
Pete has devoted much of his career to three specific areas of the industrial real estate profession:
Pete has an extensive background in tenant representation and has worked exclusively to represent many national and regional companies in the greater Phoenix area with a very strong emphasis on East Valley companies. Pete also represents a number of corporations on a national basis, integrating the global capabilities of CB Richard Ellis to assist these companies with their needs on a national and global basis.
Pete has the knowledge and experience necessary to assist and advise industrial developers in identifying development opportunities, and offers continuing assistance in the design and construction of those projects.
Pete has spent considerable time analyzing and packaging investment grade real estate opportunities to the corporate investment community.
