Philip joined Drysdale Properties after twenty years of working as a commercial banker. Prior to working in the banking sector Phil served seven years as Legislative Assistant for housing and economic development to U.S. Senator Lowell P. Weicker, Jr. of Connecticut. He has made presentations on housing and community development issues at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, at the World Bank, "Encuentros Conference," and to the Insurance Committee of the California State Legislature, and has extensive experience working with governmental agencies and large organizations. Philip has built a distinguished career and reputation as a strategic advisor and driving force behind lucrative financial services for commercial real estate, multi-unit residential and commercial buildings, and mixed-unit complexes. He specializes in public sector, commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, and finance.
