Philip J. Procacci, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Procacci Development Corporation (“PDC”) more than 45 years ago, is the driving force behind every aspect of the Company’s business operation. Philip is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, State of Florida Certified General Contractor, NAIOP Member, Member of ULI and The Beacon Council, a Supervisor of the Beacon Tradeport Community Development District, President of the Beacon Tradeport Industrial Park Association and a Vista Center Association Board Member. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
