Philaoe N. Williams is the President and Chief Administrative Officer of Missouri Valley REIT Inc., and President of Missouri Valley REIT Management, LLC. As a founding member of the team that started Missouri Valley REIT, Phil led the efforts in recruiting the founding Board of Directors of Missouri Valley REIT. Phil’s leadership has been critical in developing the concept for and managing the operations of the REIT. He has previously served as acting Chief Operations Officer of a publicly traded company. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. He also holds a Missouri real estate agent license and leads the management team through the deal flow and acquisition process of our properties. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Douglas Bagwell Corporation. Mr. Williams has previously served as a minister, currently on the board of his local church, and as an associate member for LBW, LLC.
