Philip P. Grosse joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in June 2002 at the company's Rutherford, New Jersey office. Serving as a director, Mr. Grosse specializes in tenant and owner representation for industrial and office properties.
Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Grosse was engaged in the management of hotels, and managed facilities for Sheraton, Carnival, Omni and Holiday Inn Corporations.
A member of several professional organizations, Mr. Grosse has served as chairperson of the United Way Campaign for New York Hotels. In addition, he has also served as president of the Cornell Society of Hoteliers, and as director of the New York State Hotel Association.
Mr. Grosse graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in hotel administration.
