Philip L. Valente, Jr., is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer in West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Valente was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. He is an EAGLE member and frequent lecturer for the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to the United States District Court Southern District of Florida and Federal Trial Bar.

His clients have succesfully brought claims against The West Palm Auto Mall, Stuart Nissan, Union Planters Bank, Key Bank USA, Crazy Sams, National Collection Network, and The Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery . He actively litigates cases arising under Florida's Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices Act (F.S. 501.201), the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (F.S. 559.72).
