Philip joined Cushman & Wakefield in June of 2018 as a brokerage advisor specializing in industrial real estate services for occupier and investor clients across Greater Boston with a primary emphasis on the urban and Rt. 128 South industrial submarkets. He is responsible for new business development, leasing and sales of various industrial asset types, with a goal of providing best-in-class expertise to assist in advancing his client’s strategic business, financial and operational goals through market assessment, real estate planning, supply chain optimization, strategic positioning and implementation.
