Phillip C. Brown joined Majestic Realty Co. in September of 1998. As Executive Vice President, Phillip has been responsible for both industrial and retail developments throughout California, Oregon, Nevada and Washington and continues to review new development and acquisition opportunities for Majestic across the western United States.
Born and raised in Texas, Mr. Brown is a graduate of Baylor University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate. Prior to Majestic Realty, Phillip’s real estate experience focused on development and leasing for Donahue Schriber (Newport Beach), SDC Development (Newport Beach), John Burnham & Co. (San Diego), and Evans Birmingham & Williamson (Dallas, Texas). He holds the CRX and SCLS designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a member of NAIOP. He is a current Portland State University, Masters of Real Estate Board Member as well as past Board of Director Member for Forest Home non-profit.
Mr. Brown is an active runner and has competed in numerous competitive races including the Avalon 50 mile ultra-marathon, the Bulldog 50 Kilometer ultra-marathon, the Marathon du Mont Blanc in Chamonix, France and multiple triathlons including the Florida Ironman 140.2. He is also an avid cyclist and skier, and an active member in his community and his church.
