Phillip Kyle has over 30 years in commercial real estate experience in sales, leasing, dispositions & acquisitions enhanced by his international perspective as a Sydney, Australia native. His specialty is retail representation (both tenant and landlord) along with site acquisition & disposition within the Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties.
Mr. Kyle currently represents over 2,350,000 square feet of retail space in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties, including five proposed retail developments totaling 850,000 square feet. Retail clients represented by Mr. Kyle include: Starbucks Coffee, Panda Express, Chase Bank, Rite Aid, AT&T, Office Depot and Vons.
