Phillip joined Crossman & Company’s Investment Sales team mid- 2015. In his role, he researches property ownership, contacts owners to present proposals for the marketing and sale of their properties, gets property listings in front of qualified buyers, and takes the property through due diligence and closing.
Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Phillip worked with Marcus & Millichap for three and a half years and anchored the Atlanta office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. for over seven years. He has represented institutions such as New York Life, Sun Life Canada and John Hancock in their disposition needs in several southeastern states.
Phillip was born and raised in Columbus, GA and has been a resident of Atlanta for over 20 years. He now resides in Marietta, GA.
