Phil Simmons serves as the Director of Real Estate for Pinnacle Development, where he manages and develops the company’s growing portfolio. Prior to joining Pinnacle Development in 2001, Phil was Vice President of Asset Management for Grubb & Ellis/The Furman Company. His over 20 years of commercial real estate experience has been integral to Pinnacle’s real estate development leasing, finance, property management, and construction.
