As a resident of Loxahatchee Groves since 1989, I am not just a realtor but your neighbor. I am a member of both the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and National Association of Realtors. It is a pleasure selling residential, equine and agricultural properties in Loxahatchee Groves and the surrounding western communities of Palm Beach County, Florida USA and I take great pride in using my knowledge of Loxahatchee Groves and the surrounding western communities to help my future neighbors find their ideal residential, equestrian or agricultural land.
I am fortunate to be able to work, live, and serve as a councilwoman in the Town of Loxahatchee Groves. As a full-service Realtor, this allows me to cater to both the seasonal and full-time real estate market. It is part of my job to keep up with the ever-changing Town, County, and State Government rules and regulations. There are some exciting new state statutes that now allow expanded agricultural use such as Agritourism.
My goal is to get my neighbors the highest market value for their investment and a great value for our new neighbors buying into the community.
