Bio
Phyllis, along with her spouse, Patrick and their three sons, are lifelong residents of beautiful Bucks County, PA. Having lived in Buckingham Township for many years, she is very knowledgeable and experienced in the area. As a licensed real estate agent, Phyllis can assist and service consumers in the listing and selling of residential, land, and commercial real estate properties in lower, central, and upper Bucks areas. She attributes her people skills and passion for real estate and business in general to her parents, Frank and Carmella, who owned Dominic’s Pizza and Family Restaurant, a successful business in Holland, PA. While working with her parents in front and behind the scenes, Phyllis encountered many customers (including realtors), who chatted with her about their love of Bucks County and the real estate market. Listening intently to their challenges and successes, she realized she enjoyed these conversations so much she decided to learn and grow in the field and eventually became a Real Estate Broker.
Phyllis’ educational background is varied. Currently, she is a full time real estate agent servicing the Bucks County community; however, in past practice, she taught both regular and special education. She has a B.S. degree from Gwynedd-Mercy University her M.Ed. from The College of New Jersey, and an Administrative Certification for Principal from Arcadia University. She believes along with a sound real estate investment, educating our youth is just as important an investment for our future.
During her tenure as an educator with the New Hope-Solebury School Distirct , Phyllis worked closely with teams of colleagues and helped service gifted students in her associations with Society of Philadelphia Engineers, Philadelphia Opera Company (Educational Outreach “Sound of Learning”), “Leeds” Architecture Studies, PA Writing Project, and Independent Mentor Studies for students with gifted and exceptional abilities.
Currently, as a full-time real estate agent, Phyllis continues her professional relationships and works with other real estate agents in a spirit of cooperation. She is also a member of NAR, BCAR, TREND MLS, along with affiliation with the Michener Museum. Given the versatility of her experiences, Phyllis believes the professions of real estate and education have much in common since communication is the key to success in both disciplines.
The Bucks County real estate market is vibrant in the arts, education, and commerce. The location is terrific for access to NYC, Philadelphia, and Allentown. With all of this in mind, Phyllis welcomes the opportunity to service your real estate needs.
