Pierre Benoit has over 30 years of experience in leasing, sales, and development of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver. Pierre has substantial leasing experience in representing tenants and landlords for urban and rural properties. He has previously been a Broker of Record in Ontario and National Manager of Real Estate Services for Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls (BLJC). Pierre has had the opportunity to work in all sectors of the industry ranging from private clients to Government Agencies including Procurement Canada and Infrastructure Ontario.
