2024 marks Michael Francis’ 21st year in the commercial real estate industry. Michael has built a successful practice as a real estate investment broker specializing in the hotel industry. Michael joined Mountain West Commercial Real Estate in October of 2020. Before joining Mountain West, Michael was a First Vice President of Investments with Marcus & Millichap for 17 years where he was ranked among the firm’s top 15 hospitality agents in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Michael is widely known for his skill in closing complex, high-stakes transactions and for the excellent quality of his Offering Memoranda, detailed escrow management procedures, underwriting, and financial analysis. Michael has closed over 140 transactions totaling over $682 million in sales volume.
