Rachael moved to Pensacola, Fl in 1990 from her hometown of Mobile, AL. She was married in 1993 to her wonderful husband JP Whibbs and they have three amazing children, their son John Paul II born in 1995, their daughter Delaney in 1997 and their son Nicholas in 1998. Rachael loved being a stay-at-home mom, until they started school. Her husband was born and raised in Pensacola and his father was Mayor Emeritus Vince Whibbs Sr and served as Mayor of Pensacola for 15 years. Rachael’s husband was a partner/owner of a family-owned dealership that was started by his father over 60 years ago. She started her Real Estate business off very strong and absolutely loves her job! Rachael has always been a people person and she has always enjoyed working in sales. There are a few qualities she has that she believes are very helpful in her success, one is having the ability to be patient that allows for a more relaxed and non-stressful environment for her clients.
Rachael’s main goal and what makes her happy and love her job, is when she succeeds in helping her client find the perfect home that they love! Or, when she is given the trust and opportunity to represent them in the sale of their home, business or investment. She wants to make sure they maximize the amount of money they receive from their investment and end with a successful closing. She’s happy when they are happy! When you love what you do...you are good at what you do.... Rachel is good at what she does! She has been a "Top Gun" every year she has been a realtor. She has always had great reviews and have made many lifelong friends that were clients along the way. She has an exemplary record and most importantly, she’s reachable anytime and any day for the most part. :-) Rachel has great negotiating skills, follows through, work ethic and integrity. She is a good communicator-very important, having good communication skills gives her the ability to bravely be honest with her client and communicate well with others on their behalf. These are all important skills to lead the transaction with another Realtor to a successful closing.
