Rachel is a Client Services Specialist in Office Properties, where she is an integral team member to a number of brokers in the lease and sale of office properties throughout Orange County. Rachel has experience in owner and user sales, landlord and tenant representation (local and regional), lease negotiation, subleasing and market analysis and comparison. Rachel facilitates the operations of each office sale and lease through the management of clients, reporting, the creation of marketing materials, client relations correspondence, property listings and property marketing, and providing superior customer service to clients and co-brokers.
