Rachel Wikan is the Vice President and Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region; bringing more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, she has been with Lincoln Harris collectively, more than 7 years. During her career, Rachel managed and leased a diverse mix of commercial properties, but specializes in Medical Office Buildings. She has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Person since 1997, and Community Association Manager since 2018. Rachel is responsible for the oversight of 2.3 million square feet of medical office space throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia; and nearly 3 million square feet of industrial warehouse space in the Nashville Area. The Mid-Atlantic Region represents 16 clients and is supported by a team of 24, that are strategically located throughout the region in 7 offices.
