Raman Bayanzadeh specializes in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales and Leasing in Metro Vancouver with specific focus on the Northshore, Vancouver, and Burnaby markets.
Raman’s corporate background in some of the Middle East’s largest edible oil and cell phone companies and his involvement in their international negotiations and dealings helped him develop exceptional negotiation and problem solving skills. His experience of leading their after sales service centres has helped create within him a dedication to customer service and appreciation of their needs. Integrated with his financial analysis skills, Raman has been assisting his clients maximize their commercial property related outcomes since 2007.
In addition to taking an active approach to marketing, his occupancy decision-making skills such as comparative lease analysis, lease versus purchase analysis, lease buyout analysis, and sale-leaseback analysis have helped numerous landlords, tenants, and business owners optimize their user space decisions.

Raman holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Business administration. He is now working towards obtaining the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification.
