Ramez has a business background with over 20 years of direct hands on experience, where working 7 days a week over 12 hours a day is a normal part of his daily routine. He gained most of his experience at the age of 13 committing full-time in a family op-franchise for over 20 years in the automotive fuels industry. His hard-work, loyalty and dedication has led him to the path of residential and commercial construction/development and as an investor in property rental sectors as well. He brings an unparalleled skill set that includes marketing, business management, financial planning, cost control, and strategic pricing. He has developed an unmatched unique set of skills over the course of both his personal and professional life, which aid in being able to better serve his real estate clients, and business colleagues.
Remez's commitment to excellence and sacrifice over the past 20 years, running a family-owned franchise in the automotive retail-service sector, is one of his greatest personal achievements. His father built the business from nearly nothing in the late 1970s, and almost 50 years later was able to sell the goodwill to a major oil company, while securing a long-term 25 year ground lease as a landlord (record high), allowing for a very comfortable retirement after migrating to this country with nothing at the age of 18. Ramez’s dogged determination in everything he does, paired with his natural need to exceed expectations, makes him a valuable asset to any client. No matter what a person’s unique situation is, they are in great hands with Ramez.
He believes that he has a sense of purpose, and representing his Sellers and Buyers with love, because when someone is passionate about their craft, it is no longer work or just a job.
