Randall Mills is an Managing Director for Savills Tampa, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and can consistently deliver any type of assignment on a worldwide basis. In this role, Randall assists clients with the marketing and disposition and acquisition of Land & Building assets throughout the State of Florida.
In addition to his broker experience, Randall’s expertise includes analyzing site attributes, developing strategic target-marketing campaigns, development pro forma analysis, feasibility studies, discounted cash flow analysis, REO and special asset disposition, new business development, site selection, broker opinion of values and supporting the due diligence process.
Randall joined Savills with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida- based firm that provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions domestically and internationally for corporate and government entities.
Previously, Randall was a vice president of The Land Sharks, and was previously a sales associate with Advantis Real Estate Services. While with The Land Sharks, Randy managed and marketed over 70 parcels of land valued at over $200 million throughout the State of Florida.
