Randy brings a strong foundation of financial analysis, business practices, and customer service, making him well equipped in the competitive world of commercial real estate. For more than 25 years, either as a former lender, business owner, tenant, or landlord, Randy has participated in virtually every aspect of commercial real estate transactions.
After completing his undergraduate degree with a major in finance from USC-Coastal Carolina College followed by an MBA from the University of South Carolina, he began his career in commercial banking in 1990. Early in his career he managed the Credit Analysis Department for Corporate Accounts for BB&T’s southeastern market from Winston-Salem, NC. Returning to his home in Horry County in 1996, Randy was heavily involved in financing various commercial real estate developments and owner occupied commercial transactions along the Grand Strand. His professional path returned him to his roots in Conway in 1999 where Randy owned and operated an award winning retail business in the heart of Conway’s historical district. Noticing the changing demographic and economic dynamics in the Grand Strand area, he next found commercial real estate as a natural progression well suited to his background, skills, and passion since 2005.
Having grown up in the Conway/Myrtle Beach area, Randy well understands how this market has evolved over time and where the trends are taking it. Having experience from a lender’s perspective along with the internationally recognized CCIM designation, Randy has the unique ability to successfully execute the most challenging commercial real estate projects for his clients.
