Randy Baird is Vice Chairman and regional leader of CBRE National Partners, a group of market leading professionals in five key logistics hubs across the U.S. Mr. Baird is an accomplished senior commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience working in 50 different markets across the U.S. and Mexico.
Prior to CBRE, Mr. Baird served in an industrial advisory leadership position at Cushman & Wakefield. His previous experience also includes leadership positions with HFF and Baird Fitzgerald Partners.
Randy is a member of CBRE National Partners, a collaborative national partnership formed in 2010 that focuses exclusively on industrial and logistics capital markets. Located in twelve key markets, the 95 investment sales and support professionals connect local market expertise to a national capital markets perspective.
