Randy E. Broadhead is an Executive Vice President at Colliers Las Vegas. His professional background includes more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. As one of the region's top office brokers, he and his partner have been responsible for some of the biggest deals in the Las Vegas Valley. His experience includes representing owners and tenants relating to office properties for sale and lease and land sales. Randy has been a top-five Las Vegas office producer for over 20 years.
Randy participated in one of the largest lease transactions in the valley, which was corporate headquarters for Harrah's Operating Company, totaling 119,000 square feet. Additionally, over his career, Randy has been responsible for leasing significant properties in Las Vegas, including Oaktree/Hines, Yamagata, CW Capital, ANC, Southwest Value Partners, MIG Real Estate, General Growth Properties, The Howard Hughes Corporation, Opus Southwest Corporation, Zurich, plus many others.
