Randy began his career in real estate in 1986 after leaving a 17-year career in agribusiness. Born and raised on a 400-acre farm in Boone County, Illinois, He I holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Illinois and a Managing Broker Real Estate license in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
In 1996, He welcomed Natalie Torres as his full-time assistant who transitioned into his business partner. Specializing in farms, vacant land, and rural estate properties, together they have managed hundreds of farm and land sales throughout their career.
Randy’s familiarity with soils, zoning, wetland issues and government Agricultural programs in both Illinois and Wisconsin allows him to be a valuable part of any land marketing effort. He has been selling farms and land in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin for 33 years and genuinely enjoy what he does!
Randy lives in Woodstock, Illinois for 41 years where he raised his two children and was involved in many local organizations. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and traveling!
