Randall K. Ierna is a Realtor with 36 years experience. Training includes a Batchelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State Univ., Graduate of the Realtors Institute 1982. Professional designations also include Real Estate Management Specialist, Investment Specialist, Income Property Specialist, Commercial Property Specialist and Land Specialist. he has owned a Century 21 franchise in Florida from 1980 to 2001, and successfully sold his business and building. Currently he manages a 33 Agent office in Tierra Verde Florida and heads up the Commercial division there. He has developed single family homes, apartment buildings, shopping centers and Land developments and has accounted for over $1 Billion in sales during his career as a broker-owner and Sales Broker. He is well versed in financing of Commercial properties and is an excellent negotiator. He has represented numerous banks to sell their REO's, as well as owners both domestic and foreign, and has assisted many Builders and Developers in acquiring property. He has been nicnamed "The Doctors Broker" for his work with many Physicians and also "The Land Man" for his expertise in selling raw and developed lots and land.
