Bio
With over 32 years of commercial real estate and development experience, Randy understands what sophisticated landlords demand and he excels at delivering superior service and attention to his clients throughout the Denver Office Market. “My clients have grown to expect the personalized A to Z approach that I implore when working all my real estate transactions, no matter how big or small.”
Randy focuses on sales, leasing, build-to-suit and development. His expertise includes not only his primary focus of representing tenants/office users but he has an extensive history of landlord representation, as well as the acquisition and disposition of value-add properties. Randy’s commercial real estate career began in 1986 at Grubb & Ellis Company. While employed at Grubb & Ellis he was a Consistent Top 10 Producer, achieved the National “Circle of Excellence” designation for the top 5% of G&E Brokers, Completed “Largest Office Lease in Denver” at $54M with the 165k sf American Century BTS in 2004 and negotiated over $650M in office building sales and leases during his tenure with the firm. His clients included Smith Barney, Weyerhaeuser, ESPN, New York Life Ins., Lockheed Martin, The Denver Technological Center, American Century Investments, Qwest and SAIC to name a few. Aardex Corporation then recruited Randy as Vice President of Office Development in September, 2005 where he worked for the next three years, primarily in the development, leasing and sale of User Effective/LEED Certified Buildings. Some of his accomplishments included the development of the Signature Centre, a 185,920sf, 5-story Class AA office building which obtained both LEED Platinum Core and Shell AND Platinum Commercial Interiors designations (only “Dual Platinum” building in the world) and the Largest LEED Platinum speculative building ever developed in the country. Up until late 2013 Randy was an integral part of Advisor Commercial Realty LLC, a relationship oriented, commercial real estate services and investment firm. While there, Randy was committed to delivering superior information, processes, strategies and results to his clients and partners in the acquisition, development, asset management, improvement, leasing, and disposition of commercial properties. Randy took a special interest in representing non-profits and, in 2012, assisted multiple non-profit organizations totaling over 162,000 square feet in sale and lease transactions.
Randy spent 7 years with RISE Commercial/Inverness Properties where this past year Randy surpassed his top producing performance of the past 12 years with several Tenant assignments and listings like www.50FIFTYDTC.com, 188 Inverness, Two Maroon as well as the sale of Eagle Pointe in Meridian and several buildings on Teddy Lane in Lone Tree.
Randy has since moved almost exclusively towards Representing Tenants and has been doing so as of January 1st, 2021... on a newly devised team at Kentwood Commercial, a $2.5B+/year Berkshire Hathaway Company.
