Raquel Fernandez, a native of Spain with a computer programming background, spend years in the mortgage industry working for various brokers in Los Angeles and ultimately working for IndyMac Bank. After relocating to San Diego she became a Realtor and a Chula Vista real estate expert for the radio talk show that airs on ESPN 1700AM. She was also a guest speaker on KCBQ, the Real Estate Radio Network as the Chula Vista raising star Realtor.
