Ray Thimons, Industrial Broker, joined Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2013. Prior to joining Pennsylvania Commercial, Ray entered into his family’s business, Thimons, Inc., in 1974 and is where he remained for the next thirty years. Thimons, Inc. was a global supplier of steel mill equipment; however, in 1980, Ray became President and under his direction and leadership, the business diversified into real estate, acquiring and developing over 600,000 square feet of industrial and commercial properties during his tenure.
After transitioning out of the business in 2004, Ray joined UPMC as project manager of construction at St. Margaret Hospital. As head of hospital construction, Ray managed projects ranging from installation of new imaging operating room equipment to complete medical office renovations.
Ray’s expertise continues to be in industrial and commercial properties.
