My passion: “The only way to do a great work is to love what you do”- Steve Jobs. Any job becomes easy when you love what you do. I mean, what can be better than a different workplace everyday, meeting new interesting people, showing, touring, discovering sensational architecture that populates our cities! Can a job be more enriching when you help people for a living? Everything from building rapport with a new client, leading to a lifetime, trusting relationship to helping him or her pick out paint color for their new living room is exhilarating. The best part is that it is all based on my core values and my genuine affection for this career. It's really fascinating!<br /><br />My Life: Let’s get to know each other a little better, shall we? I started to develop my entrepreneurial skills and business acumen pretty early in life. When I was 5 years old my family owned a flower shop in the suburbs of a really beautiful city in Ukraine. Even being so small I would wake up at 4:30 a.m. with my mom to take the first train to go to the city to sell flowers during my summer vacation. Despite the early hour wake ups these were the most vivid memories of my childhood -- partly because I loved the experience of being a grown up and partly because I was good at selling flower arrangements. Who could say no to a girl in a cute dress with big eyes and cute ponytails? That is when my love for adventures, hard work, meeting new people and marketing started. <br /><br />My Career: I received my masters from the University at Buffalo’s School of Management, majoring in Marketing and Consulting. I worked in the marketing field for over 5 years all the way to obtaining a position as a Marketing Director for a technology company. My marketing expertise helps my clients stay ahead of the curve and sets my listings apart from the competition. <br /><br />Hobbies: I love skiing, hiking, kids and animals. I fluently speak Russian and Ukrainian; someday I will master Spanish.<br /><br />My Credo: I build my business based on dedication, communication, determination and trust.
