Bio
Rebecca Weinerman joined the B&D Holdings team as a Financial Analyst in September of 2018. She works alongside the B&D Holdings team underwriting potential acquisitions, forecasting budgets, deriving comp reports in niche markets, and assisting with asset management of current company holdings.
Prior to joining the B&D team, she worked as both an intern and analyst for Bold New York: a boutique real estate brokerage firm. Rebecca was responsible for analyzing markets, assisting the development team with prospective company partnerships and writing weekly blog posts.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tulane University. She has continued her studies in real estate at NYU SPS.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys running, spending time with family, cooking and reading up on the real estate industry.
