Reed Fetter, a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, specializes in the leasing and sale of retail properties. Reed plays a major role on the Orlando retail team which oversees listings, strategic planning, site selection, and negotiation for all of Central and North Florida’s major markets.
Reed is regularly negotiating and closing deals that involve ground leases, out-parcels, inline, and big-box retail leases. He is closing an ever-growing number of property sales. Reed represents development buyers, investment buyers, and owner users. He also creates value by maximizing profit when a seller is looking to exit a retail property. Reed does this by listing properties and ensuring that potential buyers are the best fit to close quickly and efficiently.
Since 2020, Reed has specialized in tenant representation. He has represented numerous national credit tenants in a multitude of transactions. When Reed represents a tenant, he uses market knowledge and experience to ensure that his client is in the best situation possible. He does this by ensuring that his client is strategically located within a market. Reed also uses market knowledge to negotiate the best possible lease for a client.
