Current Responsibilities Regan is a Senior Vice President and manages JLL’s Arizona retail platform. He specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation and is actively engaged in all facets of the retail, restaurant & entertainment sector. In addition to the local expertise that he provides, Regan actively works as a master-broker in multiple regions around the U.S. ensuring that his clients’ real-estate strategies are aligned with their business objectives. Experience Regan is an expert in the retail/entertainment real estate arena having earned a proven track record with multiple credit-level users and their regional roll-out, development and disposition initiatives. After 16 gratifying years with other global CRE affiliates, he made the transition and moved his team to JLL in 2021 to combine forces with the other robust disciplines across our platform. Regan helped create and has continued to build the first “full-service” retail team based in Arizona. He has represented many major institutional property owners and his end-user clients have included but are not limited to CVS Health, Guitar Center, T-Mobile, One Medical, Pandora Jewelers, Eyeglass World, Sonic Automotive, LEAP, Avocado Green Brands, Advance Auto Parts, Sky Zone, Shooter’s World, Mountainside Fitness, Stock & Bones Hospitality, Grupo Costeno Hospitality Group, Burger King, Sun Auto Services, Kneaders Bakery, Beans & Brews, KREISS Furniture, Scandinavian Designs and DashMart. Education and Affiliations A graduate of the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in Regional Development, Regan resides in Paradise Valley with his wife and daughter. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). Regan is a past-president of EC70 and acting Chairman of the Board for Executive Council Charities. His other community leadership work includes involvement with UMOM, Junior Achievement, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale and Brokers for Kids. An avid outdoorsman, Regan can be found exploring the backcountry with friends & family when not in the office.
