Regina Menssen is a senior property manager based in Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office. Regina began her property management career in 2002 assisting with retail, office, and mixed-use sites. Over the years, she expanded her experience to include managing Class-A and Class-B industrial properties in South Seattle and South King County.
Regina has overseen tenant and capital improvement projects ranging in size from $20,000 – $800,000, including roof overlays and replacements, new office build-outs, office and restroom remodels, parking lot overlays, HVAC installations and replacements, and exterior and interior LED lighting retrofits.
