Bio
Renee brings over 35 years of experience in property management to HPI. She has expertise in planning, operations, marketing and leasing of office, medical office, retail, industrial, storage facilities, multi-family housing and mixed use properties with proven ability to develop effective relationships with municipalities, merchants and financial partners.
Her broad background allows her to effectively manage properties and be a key resource for asset managers and owners/investors. Returning to HPI from a short relocation in Oklahoma, she originally managed a portfolio over two million square feet in Texas.
Prior to HPI, Alton was a Properties & Business Development Manager for the City of San Antonio at the San Antonio International Airport responsible for the airport concession program. Other employers include L&B Realty based in Dallas, Texas, Trammell Crow and CB Richard Ellis in a Senior Property Manager role. She holds the CSM designation.
A south Texas native, Renee is married with grown children and two small grandchildren. Her interests include travel, creative outlets, and watching sports.
