Bio
Renee felt pulled to real estate in the early 2000s, but she did not make a move until 2008. 2008, you might remember, was what people called the worst time to get into real estate. You see, Renee had just graduated from college, but she had a degree in elementary education. Something in her said it is now or never. In college, Renee worked for a finance company. Working there was the first time she realized she liked working with people. Renee likes making people feel special. So, in 2008, she decided she did not need the perk of having the summer off and went for it. Renee’s dad is a builder, and with her mom, they buy and sell property, so this idea was not totally new. Renee has always loved houses and turning them into homes. So, in the downturned market, she started her career. It was a challenging year for a lot of people. Across the country, people were losing their homes. Renee currently lives in a rural area, but there are still people here. Renee knew she made the right decision even though her first year did not equal a teacher’s salary. She felt accomplished. Renee knew she was helping families. She can still remember one of her first clients and what looked like a mountain of defeat coming against her. She did not know it at the time, but it was not an “easy deal,” but you know what, Renee helped her, and she could sell. It was the perfect setup for her. Renee came into the real estate market at a time that was not easy and not the most profitable. She learned so much during her first few years, built relationships, built trust, and learned how to provide service exceptionally well. Renee was fortunate to start when she had to do things differently. Renee had to get attention and attract buyers. She learned problems are solvable; sometimes, you have to come from a different angle. She knew the right agent could make all the difference. Renee learned that integrity is more than doing what you say you will do or being who you say you are. Integrity is also putting other people, other families, before your gain. Integrity is never making a decision solely based on money. This is true for the client as well. Today Renee helps people find freedom in many forms. She encourages and helps find a vision to move forward. Renee wants to know what moves you. She wants your house to be a home full of laughter and memories. Renee wants you to have the financial freedom to enjoy what you have worked so hard to accomplish. To have time to spend making memories, you will cherish forever. Renee has learned a lot along the way, and homeownership is one of the best gifts Renee can give someone. The right agent to help you find the right home is priceless. Success for your family is succeeding in your relationships. Stress and even the lack of focus you deal with can be affected by the right agent finding you the right home.
