Rhonda joined CREG in February 2007 and promptly established herself as a valuable asset to the CREG team. She was quickly promoted into the research and marketing department, and after several years overseeing those areas, Rhonda made the natural progression into brokerage.
During her time at CREG, Rhonda has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Colorado marketplace, and of the needs of tenants and landlords alike. Her work in marketing and research has given her a strong fundamental understanding of the market and what tenants are looking for, as well as how to approach the leasing of shopping centers.
Rhonda has provided significant research and marketing materials for several of CREG''s clients, including Wells Fargo, Wal-Mart, Kroger and NewMark Merrill.
