Ricardo Esteves, First Vice President of Investments with Marcus & Millichap, specializes in the Investment Sales of Net Leased Assets nationwide. Ricardo is a partner of the Issenberg & Britti Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country, and is also a Director of the firm’s National Retail and Net Lease Divisions. Ricardo has been personally responsible for the disposition of several hundred properties exceeding $1 billion in transaction volume.
