Rangel Strategies, LLC is an independent consultancy with its headquarters in Kissimmee, Florida. It has been in business since 2005 and is owned and managed by Ricardo Rangel, a licensed Florida Real Estate agent. Ricardo is a former elected official in the Florida House of Representative, Veteran of the U.S. Army, and Financial Analyst for Florida Army National Guard. We provides public sector consultancy and corporate advisory services to create Private Public Partnerships for Land development projects.
Public-private partnerships involve collaboration between a government agency and a private-sector company that can be used to finance, build, and operate projects, such as affordable housing, hotels, townhomes, condos, parks, convention centers and we help you bridge the gap. Financing a project through a public-private partnership can allow a project to be completed sooner or make it a possibility in the first place and making it a win for the government, community and investor. There are significant opportunities for established private companies and investors to drive revenue by participating in P3 collaborations.
