She works a flexible schedule to meet her clients’ needs, including most weekends; and she's available to answer your questions by phone, text, or email. She has a 18 year track record in providing expert real estate consultative services specifically targeted to my client’s needs. Ricci is proficient in all aspects of real estate transactions and versed in a variety of property types including investments and commercial properties. As a special service to my commercial clients, I can also help them buy their own home. • I have assisted my clients in buying and selling multi-family properties and multi-tenant buildings, helped investors acquire vacation and single family rental properties, and leased commercial buildings to/for tenants and/or building owners. I'm proud to say that we have helped some of the best known restaurants and a unique urban winery find the perfect space for their businesses! • I have expert knowledge in special use facilities and have worked with schools, day cares, churches and non-profits to find suitable buildings that meet zoning and code regulations; and have worked with governmental agencies such as the VA, DETR and Washoe County in acquiring their facilities. I’ve lived in the Reno/Sparks area for 29 years, with my husband of 39 years. We raised our son here and have been happy with the public, charter and private school choices.
