Richard R. Kelly has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Colorado since 1988 and has specialized his real estate business exclusively to industrial/office real estate. Joining Palmer McAllister Company in Colorado Springs in 1991, Richard quickly became the top-producing Industrial agent for that office. In 1998, Richard joined Grubb & Ellis|Quantum Commercial Group to continue providing outstanding service to new and long-time clients. In his eighteen years of commercial real estate practice, Richard has professionally assisted his clients in the successful analysis, purchase, disposition, leasing, site selection and counsel relating to industrial/office real estate. Recent clients include Intel Corp., Agilent Technologies, Panattoni Development, The Hotsy Corp., Litton Industries, Apple Computer, Rockwell Semiconductor, Ampex Corporation, Etkin/Johnson Group, Sears, Roebuck and Company, Johnson Controls, Siemens to name just a few. Mr. Kelly has extensive experience with business park planning and development. Richard is currently developing Westech Business Campus in Northwest Colorado Springs - a 200,000 SF Office/R&D development. Graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Richard is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the prestigious, worldwide organization for top professional commercial real estate practitioners. He is also an active member of the Realtors Commercial Investment Society (RCIS). Richard is completing the educational requirements to fulfill his qualifications as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Richard is consistently recognized as a top-producing Industrial Specialist in the Southern Colorado Real Estate market. Frequently, Richard has earned the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award - one of the top Brokers for Grubb & Ellis worldwide. In 2002 he was awarded The Colorado Springs Business Journal’s Top Forty Under 40 award and was recognized as one of the Top 20 Influential People in Commercial Real Estate. He is currently serving on the Burns Counselor Board for the University of Denver’s School of Real Estate & Construction Management. In 2006, Richard was recognized as Costar Power Broker of the Year in Colorado Springs.
