Rich joined CREG in November of 2008, after 20 years of landlord and tenant representation experience with First Western Development, Dunton Commercial Real Estate, and Staubach Retail Services.
Rich has leased and sold a wide variety of retail product, including power centers, grocery-anchored centers, community strip centers, freestanding buildings, pad sites, and ground-up development. In working with tenants, Rich has represented national, regional, and local tenants with size requirements ranging from 1,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet.
Currently, Rich’s notable client list for landlord and tenant representation includes: The GDA Companies, Goodwill Industries of Denver, Kin Properties, Shea Properties, AutoZone, Credit Union of Colorado, Doctor’s Vision Works, Pet Club, and Adventure Dental.
Since joining CREG, Rich continues to work with both landlords and tenants. He enjoys the different set of challenges each deal brings, and gains immense personal satisfaction from meeting and often exceeding the goals of his clients.
Rich holds a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado and is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
