Rich Sabel joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc., in 1980 after a successful marketing career with Xerox Corporation. Rich also brings an extensive background in banking and finance to his position at CB Richard Ellis. During his first year as a commissioned broker, Rich earned the distinguished "Rookie of the Year" award. Additionally, Rich has demonstrated consistent success throughout his career at CB Richard Ellis, and has been among the top five achievers at CB and nominated "Broker of the Year" by both BOMA and CAR organizations.
Rich specializes in the Portland suburban office market with CB Richard Ellis. He has successfully negotiated more than 300 transactions, representing more than $250 million in property leased or sold.
