For the past 11 years I have been working as the Property Manager/Property Supervisor, Leasing Agent, and Director of Advertising & Marketing for J&S Properties, with offices in Culver City. I am personally responsible for the Property Supervision, Leasing, Marketing and Advertising of shopping centers in Pico Rivera and Woodland Hills, a medical office center in Bixby Knolls and all 800+ units contained in more than 80 different buildings located throughout Belmont Shores/Long Beach, Paramount, Downey, Carson, Torrance, West Los Angeles, Windsor Hills, Hermosa and Redondo Beach.
This involves making sure each unit is move-in ready by assigning and supervising the craftsmen necessary to prepare each unit for its new tenants. For example: painting, carpets (cleaned and/or replaced), bathroom and kitchen tiles, new flooring, re-glazing tubs and sinks, replacing blinds, sometimes fumigation/pest control, plumbing, heating, interior and exterior janitorial services and all other repairs imaginable.
Then, I photograph each unit — write compelling, descriptive, alluring and irresistible ad copy and place the ads online as well as the website I personally designed and created for the aforementioned Property Management company — and the phones ring off the hook! Next, comes an endless parade of qualified tenants turning in their applications. Ultimately, the units are filled with great tenants, which leads to the desirable residual effect of ZERO DELINQUENCIES!
I have also had the honor of leasing and managing property for Danny Flores, president of Prime Management Group located in Whittier as well as Israel Weinberg, president of DTI Investments located in Santa Ana.
Additionally, I have had the privilege to lease dozens of properties encompassing all of Los Angeles and Orange County, including homes, apartments, condos and offices for a number of property owners.
I have earned my BRE sales license, I am a Realtor®, working out of the Keller Williams Westside office and a proud member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
