Real estate is Rich's chosen career. He is a DePaul graduate (College of Commerce, Finance, Real Estate Program). Rich was an appraiser with a Certified General License before transitioning into a broker. He has experience in all property types including residential, commercial, industrial, as well as institutional, not-for-profit across a broad section of the north and near northwest sides of the city. Rich's approach is honest and straightforward, and while he may appear casual, he takes real estate very seriously.
